Denise at eZED will be completing the requirements for meeting Passive House certification.
Denise plays an important role in the company co-ordinating and undertaking all the airtightness testing using the blower door machine. She also assists in site quality assurance testing and verification during construction to ensure airtightness details are properly interpreted before the linings are installed. She provides construction training and prepares quality assurance check records and Passive House Certification for airtightness.
As Denise is German speaking, she also assists in technical translation of Passive House papers and direct communication with European based manufacturers. Denise has a particular interest in the improvement of building quality in New Zealand so that everyone can be healthy, warm and comfortable.
